Job Description

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Annual compensation: $90,000/annually plus (quarterly commission)

Vacation days: Ten (10) days per calendar year

Benefits: Dental, Extended Health benefits, and vision care benefits.

# Of Work hours per week: (40) hours

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Language of work: English

Location of work: 13551 Commerce Parkway, Unit 100, Richmond, BC V6V 3A4, Canada

Required experience and skills:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in presales and post sales activities
  • Experience with Inbound/outbound Telesales forming and organization
  • Understanding of various CRM systems (Salesforce, Sugar CRM)
  • Strong involvement pertaining to Business acquisition and account management in B2B sales including cross-sell and up-sell
  • Experience with The Internet of things (IoT)


Main duties:

• To lead a team of outbound sales via email and calls to qualified competitor accounts

• Create model of KPI Targets for future Belgrade based team to follow;

mails sent/day

Zoom meetings/week

Engineering Samples Shipped

Provide Quotes

Design Wins/Qtr

• Schedule monthly hunting sessions with outside sales teams for first week of each month.

• Organize workshops with sales team to update market data.

• Analyze attendee’s for trade shows, and reach out to schedule meeting at event.
